    - Cancellation received until October 28, 2022: 100% Refund (less 10% handling fee)
    - Cancellation received from October 29, 2022 to November 17, 2022: 50% Refund (less 10% handling fee)
    - Cancellation received after November 17, 2022: 0% Refund (100% fees are due)
